miniTX
The Ultra-miniature UHF transmitter is just 3" x 2" x .65" and
only weighs 3.17 ounces with batteries! Comfortable and easily hidden it is as
much a favorite of the artist’s and costumier’s as the professional sound
recordist. To make the miniTX as slim and lightweight as possible there are no
switches or menu screens. This allows for trouble-free mounting on talent in
even the most demanding situations where standard size transmitters just won't
do. Up to 40 MHz switching bandwidth.
Menu
The Menu is navigated via the included SwitchiR infrared controller
to adjust all miniTX parameters. You just need to point the SwitchiR
at the top of the miniTX within a couple inches to make changes. Press the OK
button to set the desired value. Great feature for when the miniTX is “dressed”
on the talent already.
Mic Input
The Mic input via a Lemo 3-pin* locking connector provides powering for most
electret lavalier microphones. *Lemo wiring of Lavalier mics is same as for
Sennheiser SK and Zaxcom.
Powering
Powered only by two AAA type batteries which provides up to 7 hours
continuous use depending on battery type. The miniTX is turned off by removing
the batteries.
