The Vark Audio Machine Shop

Here at Vark Audio we have a fully equipped on-site machine shop.

We manufacture our Dry Tubes, antennas and other products here in our shop. And they are, of course - Made in the USA.

In addition, we make custom one of-a-kind pieces for our clients. Sometimes it is modifying an existing piece of equipment. Sometimes it is repairing a broken part or modifying and even making camera mounts. And sometimes it is designing and building something entirely new. Lens adapters, yep we’ve made those. Filter holders, uh-huh done those. New drive shaft for a 500 KW generator, yeah, done that. Even repaired a broken axle for a Case tracked bulldozer! Surprisingly, yes.

Lathes, milling machines, finishing equipment, powder coating, welding, aluminum welding. These are some of our in-shop capabilities. And new for 2015 –

‘3D PRINTING’.

That’s right! Vark Audio now lists 3D printing as a premier machine shop capability. We have a list of projects we are working on where 3D printing brings just the right tool to the job.
